Youth Empower Program runs free virtual internships and training sessions that turn university students and young entrepreneurs into confident researchers, leaders, and professionals.
Youth Empower Program (YEP) is a nonprofit youth organisation of Bangladesh. Our Virtual Internship programs and completely free training sessions are open to university students from every university across Bangladesh, helping them become genuinely job-ready wherever they study.
Inside our internships, participants work on academic research, market research, startup research, and real IT project building — while developing the human side of professional life: team management, critical thinking, time management, presentation skills, public speaking, and emotional intelligence.
Every batch is built around practical, transferable skills.
Since January 2025, YEP has grown into a nationwide youth development effort across Bangladesh's universities.
Every intern and volunteer works within one of our three core departments, each building a different set of real-world capabilities.
Academic, market and startup research projects that sharpen analytical thinking and evidence-based decision making.
Hands-on IT project building — from small tools to full applications — under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Storytelling, design and communication — the creative engine that carries YEP's message to a wider audience.
Beyond skills, every graduate leaves with tangible support.

YEP helped me gain valuable knowledge about academic research and startup research. Since my university offers limited research opportunities, YEP gave me a platform to learn, explore, and grow.
Through YEP, I learned how to work on startup development and gained hands-on experience building a startup. It inspired me to start my own startup journey.
YEP helped me overcome my challenges and improved my analytical, research and soft skills. I learned many new things and became more confident.
This program helped me improve my presentation skills, PowerPoint skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
YEP has been a valuable learning journey. I worked on startup idea generation which helped me think creatively and identify practical solutions.
It was a valuable learning experience that helped me develop practical skills and understand real-world professional work.
